The Round of 16 match between England and Senegal took place today at the Al Bayt Stadium. The match was officiated by Ivan Barton.

In the first half hour of the game, the English players basically owned the ball, but it was Senegal that created dangerous moments. In the 38th minute, the British completed a beautiful combination, Jude Bellingham sent a cross from the wing into the box, where Jordan Henderson confidently converted his chance. After 10 minutes, England performed another similar attack from the wing, which ended with a goal from Harry Kane after a great set up from Phil Foden.

In the 57th minute, England scored their third goal and the last goal of this match - after another pass from Phil Foden from the wing, Bukayo Saka chipped the ball past Mendy. The remaining half hour of the game, England confidently controlled the ball and brought the match to a crushing victory - 3:0.
